A 100% Free Source for Online Training

Making sure every member of your organization knows how to fully utilize all the software products and platforms they use in their daily work is one of the best ways to maximize productivity. While the agency management system is a major focus for ongoing skills training, there are many other programs used every day that many – incorrectly – assume everyone knows how to use.

An online training option I recently discovered is PC Classes Online.

This site has an extensive and growing list of training videos on a broad range of topics. While they do have a focus on Apple/Mac products, they also have an increasing number of tutorial videos on non-Apple programs. David A. Cox – the founder of the site – is a professional technology teacher who specializes in teaching to baby boomers. He is patient, steady, and has a great radio voice!

The best part is his videos are available at no cost. Cox does ask for donations and includes links to purchase certain products using his Amazon Code so he can receive a small commission.
