SavvyCard: A New Kind of Business Card

By on Oct 31, 2013

Getting your name in front of clients and prospects is only part of the battle in today’s noisy environment. People want to know more about who you are and what you do before they commit to a conversation.

That’s why SavvyCard might be a great option for enhancing your email signature.

I first found out about the platform from a business friend and fellow National Alliance instructor – Jerry Rhinehart. He had set up an account and added his interactive SavvyCard link to his email signature.

You can create your free online SavvyCard in minutes with an easy-to-use card builder. You can also customize the information included to provide as much or as little as you are comfortable sharing. I might suggest that in today’s environment the more information you provide about yourself the more likely it is someone will want to connect with you.

Following are some of the options available when you set up your new card:

  • Customizable background graphic
  • Social media share buttons
  • Contact info
  • Email button
  • QR code generator
  • Notes
  • Custom icon for phone screen

SavvyCard is like having a business card and a business brochure… all in one. When you click on the QR code or link in the email signature, the person is taken to your customized website. You can even have multiple cards for specific campaigns or events.

How are you making available your contact information? Let me know what you think.
