There are signs the soft market might be over, but we are not willing to call it a hard market just yet. The economy seems to be slowly getting better. The new digital consumer is forcing agencies to redefine customer service. In order to stay ahead, agencies must effectively use as many technology tools as possible.

This agency productivity self-test is published each year in my newsletter, The Anderson Agency Report, as a tool to help you measure how well you are currently using technology in your agency.

The self-test delves fully into your use of technology in the following categories: Management, Administrative, Infrastructure, Sales, Customer Service, and Communications.

Everyone is encouraged to participate. The audit self-test will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete so set aside some quiet time to complete the survey. It’s well worth it.
