Can you Outsmart Internet Scammers?

OpenDNS is a provider of security and infrastructure services that make the Internet safer through integrated Web content filtering, anti-phishing and DNS. They have created a handy little “Phishing Quiz” on their website that will test your ability to spot a Phishing Scam.

The quiz is comprised of 14 web browser screens displayed in a “PhishTank.” For each screen you choose if it is a legitimate website or a phishing site.

At the end you receive a score for how well you did. Just below your score, you can learn the indicators of each webpage.

I recommend you give this quiz a try. The more you learn about phishing, the safer your web browsing experience will be. You should also have your staff take the quiz as a simple reminder that the best Internet security starts with each staff member. A little education can go a long way.
