This technology audit self-test is published each year in my newsletter, The Anderson Agency Report, as a tool to help you measure how well you are currently using technology in your agency.

The self-test delves fully into your use of technology in the following categories: Management, Administrative, Infrastructure, Sales, Customer Service, and Communications.

Everyone is encouraged to participate. The audit self-test will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete so set aside some quiet time to complete the survey. It’s well worth it.

The total maximum score possible on the self-test is 229. You’ll receive an e-mail with your ranking and what it means to you and your agency in how you utilize technology to improve profit.

In a later issue we’ll provide the results so you can tell how your agency’s use of technology compares to others who took the survey.
